These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the juan365.ph platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on juan365.ph. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. juan365.ph is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. You agree to notify juan365.ph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account.
3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC). juan365.ph is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and may request verification at any time. Acceptable identification documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or Voter's ID). Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
3.5 Account Currency. All accounts on juan365.ph are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. juan365.ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum deposit limits for specific payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification as described in Section 3.4. Approved withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where operationally possible. Processing times vary by payment method; GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within a few hours of approval, while bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
4.4 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the cashier section of your account. juan365.ph reserves the right to process large withdrawals in installments.
4.5 Transaction Fees. juan365.ph does not charge platform-side fees on standard GCash and PayMaya deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which juan365.ph accepts no responsibility.
4.6 Prohibited Funding Sources. You must not fund your account using payment methods that do not belong to you. The use of credit cards for gambling deposits is not supported on juan365.ph, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Cryptocurrency of any kind is not an accepted payment method on this Platform.
4.7 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. juan365.ph reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts, subject to prior notice to the registered email address.
5.1 General. juan365.ph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, which supplement and, where inconsistent, take precedence over these general Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. juan365.ph reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk bets designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements, or any other conduct that circumvents the spirit of the promotion.
5.4 Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible players only. juan365.ph reserves the right to exclude any player from a specific promotion at its sole discretion.
5.5 No Cash Alternative. Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.
6.1 Game Availability. The games available on juan365.ph are subject to change without prior notice. juan365.ph does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game or game category.
6.2 Random Number Generation. All non-live games on juan365.ph use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG systems are subject to periodic independent testing and certification.
6.3 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games are streamed in real time and are subject to the rules of the specific game as presented by the live dealer. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, the outcome of the round in progress at the time of disconnection will be determined in accordance with the game provider's rules.
6.4 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault that affects the outcome of a game, juan365.ph reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. juan365.ph's decision in such matters is final.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. 8.3 The juan365.ph name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of juan365.ph. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, juan365.ph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
9.2 juan365.ph's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 juan365.ph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10.1 juan365.ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.
10.2 The collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.
10.3 juan365.ph may be required to disclose player information to PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, or other regulatory bodies in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
11.1 juan365.ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity.

12.1 By juan365.ph. juan365.ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
12.2 By the Player. You may close your account at any time by contacting juan365.ph customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to KYC verification and these Terms) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of juan365.ph shall first be submitted to juan365.ph's customer support team for informal resolution. juan365.ph will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
13.4 juan365.ph operates within the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players may also refer unresolved complaints to PAGCOR in accordance with its published complaint procedures.
14.1 juan365.ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform.
14.2 The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14.3 If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.2.
